TURTLE Management AG is recruiting a Recruitment Specialist, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Conduct search and select potential candidates by placing job advertisements using appropriate newsgroups, online tools (job portals) and social media platforms
- Lead promising candidates through the recruitment and selection process, offer, post offer, prepare proposals and reference check processes to successful new hires
- Understand the Group's companies challenges and implement innovative recruitment solutions to meet the relevant business strategies
- Develop, manage and control tools, data, and reports relating to the recruitment process
- Collect data and prepare interview assessment reports after the interview
- Work closely with the Human Resources teams based in Switzerland and Portugal, assist and manage the recruitment needs in Sub-Saharan Africa autonomously
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the General HR Manager (Switzerland) and/or other Senior Executives (Angola)
Requisites
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience as a HR Recruiter in an international environment at a corporate organization or a recruitment agency with proven record in Recruitment and Selection processes
- Good Experience in handling search and selection processes on social media networks particularly LinkedIn and Xing
- Experience in recruitment & selection in Angola (focus Luanda, Benguela, Cabinda, Huambo) is essential and recruitment in other Sub-Saharan African region is an asset
- Excellent skills in planning and analysing
- Very good skills in establishing priorities
- A team player, who could blend with an international and fast growing, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, independent, winning and hands-on personality and strong negotiator
- Fast, critical thinker and conflict solver, capable of taking responsibilities when needed
- Ability to manage a challenging workload under pressure and deliver excellent operational service
- Ability to prioritize and think out of the box
- Very good MS Office skills
- University Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, (excellent verbal and writing skills)
- Any other additional language is a plus
