SPIE Oil & Gas Services is recruiting a Superviseur Travaux Production, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Guarantee the good realization of work in respect of the procedures, specifications, safety and environmental protection
- Supervise contractor to ensure that Vessels and Piping activities are conducted in compliance with specification, safety and environmental protection procedures
- Direct Supervised Jobs: Teams of Cleaning/Vessels/Piping/Scaffold/Vendor Contractors 20/100 men (approx)
- Give clear instructions and responsibilities to enable Contractor's personal to perform their job safely
- Optimise team efficiency to meet planning milestones and deadlines
- Assures that Local regulation, Company rules, Standards and Safety procedures are adhered to
- Relieving persons from their duties in the case of non-compliance or violation of standards, Company Rules, Procedures and Instructions and applicable legislation
- Suspending activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the Environment
- Anticipate potential problems and predict degraded situations
- After execution phase
- Prepare a REX regarding the execution of the tasks in order to update DOM for future intervention
- Ensure the work place is left cleaned and tidied
- Ensure material from CTP and contractor is sent back to shore
- Review the material status once arrived in SONILS and scrap damaged material, ensure material is ready for next use
Requisites
- Minimum of 5 Year experience on Oil & Gas business supervisory position with relevant field experience
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or process engineering or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to distance from the work to generate helicopter overview to be able to assess impact of various disciplines
- Proficient in Mechanical static equipment, piping and structure, planning, and main overhauls
- French and English Fluent (oral + written)
- Good knowledge of spare parts management
- Rigor, skill for investigation, good communication skill, organization and method
