It is the responsibility and of the interest of the User to guarantee the accuracy of the information submitted to the system. emprego.co.ao does not guarantee nor can it guarantee the veracity of the information submitted by the User, reserving the right to suspend any User account that contains false information and in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without having to justify or give reasons for such suspension.
emprego.co.ao sells dedicated spaces on the portal for the insertion of advertisements (ads) by third parties (Clients). The publication of advertisements on emprego.co.ao is subject to approval and payment of the service. emprego.co.ao reserves the right to refuse to provide this service to whoever, without justifying or giving reasons for such decision.
The Client of this service, in order to be approved to receive this service, is required to accept these Terms and Conditions and abide by the duties listed next:
i) the Client is solely responsible for the intellectual property rights of all materials published in the Ad, including images, logos and texts. emprego.co.ao is not responsible for any damages caused by publishing content not authorized by the Client. In the event of unauthorized use of the material, the contract for the provision of advertising services by emprego.co.ao to the Client becomes invalidated, and emprego.co.ao is not required to reimburse the Client for these services;
ii) You are fully responsible for the destination to which the ad re-directs the user to and emprego.co.ao is not liable for malfunctions, traffic damage or any other inconvenience caused by the re-direction of the ad;
iii) emprego.co.ao does not guarantee nor can it guarantee a fixed number of impressions, publications, conversions or clicks on any advertisement published on emprego.co.ao;
iv) emprego.co.ao reserves the right to remove the ad at any time if the Client infringes the Copyright or the Terms and Conditions herein, without being obliged to reimburse the Client.
The banner design service offered by emprego.co.ao is for the exclusive use within the emprego.co.ao website. The Client may not use the banners created by this service on any other website, without prior permission of emprego.co.ao. After the approval of the service, the Client is required to pay within the time stipulated by emprego.co.ao. Failure to meet the payment will result in the termination of the service. The service will only be provided after payment and will last through the duration agreed by emprego.co.ao and the Client. The provision of this service beyond the stipulated dates is not allowed. The Client shall request a new service contract.
emprego.co.ao reserves the right, at sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice, and without any responsibility for any damage, of interrupting, suspending or even terminating emprego.co.ao.
emprego.co.ao has taken steps to ensure the timeliness, availability, accuracy and integrity of the information contained in the portal "as is". emprego.co.ao does not provide any guarantee nor assume any responsibility for the contents expressed or implied on the portal. We do not offer any guarantee nor assume any responsibility for the quality, accuracy, functionality, availability or performance of emprego.co.ao and we reserve the right to suspend, modify or terminate the service provided, without notice and without incurring any liability to its users.
