Philips is recruiting a Commercial Policy Manager, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Coordinate price and line chart updates internally and with customers as part of Market Introduction Process/(target) Price reviews
- Ensure price quotes and contracts are negotiated within the Commercial Policy guidelines
- Ensure price terms and customer investments reflect resp. customer counter performance and strategic fit
- Ensure proper functioning of the floor price escalation process
- Analyze pricing KPIs and act as a consultant towards sales, marketing and finance to drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvements
- Strong commercial understanding
- Ability to work in a virtual team with a wide array of stakeholders (cross-functional, cross-layer)
- Project management skills
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills but also hands-on
- Strong analytic tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP/BW is preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requisites
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5- 10 year work experience
- Experience in a pricing, commercial, finance, strategic, or audit role
- Experience in the healthcare and/or consumer products domain
- Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures
