Angola LNG is recruiting a Contracts Supervisor, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the procurement area's strategy and plans as appropriate to the ALNG department's needs and objectives
- Support the efforts to improve standardization, mentoring, developing supplier qualification database and other critical related activities including the OSP full settlement of the Procurement
- Manage and supervise the procurement group of buyers and expeditors. Lead the business operations of the procurement section by reviewing purchase requisitions and creating request for proposals for goods and services
- Cost Efficiency optimization. By utilizing the ERIP processes as ECA and RCM studies
- Make sure appropriate support to internal clients and interface with the various stakeholders and departments in order to provide the necessary support for the contracting and procurement activities
Requisites
- Bachelor degree in Business or Administration Management/Finance/Accounting
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in contracts & procurement and at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Demonstratated capability in coordination of activities, planning, management and knowledge of SAP system, Contract Administration, policies and procedures
- Solid experience in Contract Administration and Chain and Procurement Management, Project Coordination
- Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office
