Country Director (m/f)

Duties

• Ensure office's operations align with the organization’s mission, strategic objectives and policies
• Representing the organization at meetings
• Ensuring proper financial controls are in place
• Providing reports on activities
• Liaising with management at the main office
• Ensuring the organization follows local laws and regulations
• Overseeing projects and sales
• Managing staff

Requisites

• Bachelor's, Preferably Master’s Degree in related discipline
• Good understanding of programme, financial and operational management processes
• Experience of solving complex issues through analysis, definition of a clear way forward and ensuring buy-in
• Experience of building, leading and developing a team of senior staff with different backgrounds and expertise
