Eni is recruiting a Deputy Nop Assets Director, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- To ensure, in coordination with the Joint Venture Director, a proper and effective management of Eni assets operated by other companies, in accordance with the rights and obligations defined in the Joint venture agreements for non-operating partners, Eni procedural framework and Eni country strategy
- To ensure a proper and effective company participation to all formal technical JV meetings with the Operator and other JV Companies at sub-committee level for the definition and implementation of the approved work program
- To prepare, on the basis of the information received from the Operators, the business plan and budget proposal of the Non Operated Assets and JVs, in terms of equity production and relevant investments
- To participate at the JV meetings where the budgets and work-plans are formally agreed at executive level
- To identify strategies and plans to maximize crude oil and gas production, working together with relevant Eni Angola departments to realize short and mid-term objectives
- To manage and develop team members to nurture local staff expertise
Requisites
- Excellent managerial, motivational and communication skills
- Solid experience in technical/managerial roles in the oil and gas industry with strong knowledge in asset management, financial evaluation, budgetary and principles of accounting
- Strong analytical, technical, business economics and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English, knowledge of other languages such as Italian and Portuguese is a plus
- Technical or Business Economics degree (or equivalent)
