Environmental Programs Coordinator (m/f)

Duties

• Identify social risks and design mitigation actions
• Develop social investment programs according to the stage of the project and the needs of the local communities
• Technical mentoring to team members, coordination, organizing, scheduling, technical review, reporting elaboration, Quality Assurance/Quality Control and field technical support
• Engage with third parties, provide input into monthly, quarterly and annual SHEC performance and sustainability reports to ensure alignment on environmental policies

Requisites

• Training in some of the social academic areas or in environmental areas
• Experience with environmental management programs implementing social assessment techniques, strategic social engagement plans
• Good knowledge of GIS analysis programs (e.g. ArcGIS)
• Portuguese and English fluent
