Angola LNG is recruiting a Fixed Equipment Specialist, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Coordinate the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) program in assigned area of the LNG Plant
- Review Risk Based Inspection (RBI) plans for piping and equipment in assigned area
- Monitor fixed equipment in assigned areas to ensure equipment is safe for continued operation
- Establish company level integrity metrics, facilitate agreement on targets and set up systems for measuring, monitoring and initiating corrective actions
- Provide technical and advisory support to Operations regarding equipment condition, risk assessment and repair strategies
- Ensure that a quality assurance program is implemented and maintained for all statutory & static equipment repairs
- Implement decision analysis/decision support tools and methodologies to support ALNG Maintenance and Reliability objectives, ensuring consistency with planning processes within Operations, Technical & Planning Departments
- Issue manpower plan and budget estimation to support the Shutdown planning process
Requisites
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with Welding Inspector
- Certification QC1-96, API Certification on API-510, API-570 and API-653 or Equivalent
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience of all equipments and systems associated with the Utilities & Processing Hydrocarbons plants Oil and Gas Industry, with shutdown focused work experience
- At least 3 years of diversified supersory level of experience in a Petrochemical process or LNG plant, including shutdown planning/preparation, execution & Start-Up
- Knowledge of Six Sigma is a Plus
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office, SAP - PM, MM
- Preferred candidates - Angolans
