Requisites
- MBA Qualification or Masters in an appropriate field
- Total of a minimum of 15 years of relevant academic and professional experience
- Proficiency is Portuguese and English to establish business negotiations and reporting
- The proficiency in Arabic is an added value
- More than ten years of Managing FMCG organizations
- Angolan field operations management
- More than two years of directly line managing more than five Managers
- The potential candidate shall have a rounded experience in Sales, Logistics, IT, HR, Safety/Security, Finance and Admin
- More than two years of field experience
- African personal living background
- African field operations management
- Knowledge of the informal vs formal African market concepts
- Direct line management experience supervising a minimum of eight Managers
- Leading the operations of a team of more than 500 staff members
