Millar Cameron is recruiting a HR Administration Manager, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Perform daily admin duties, including opening new staff process, filing, drafting documents, etc.
- Manage fixed assets registration (vehicles and housing), including contracts, payments, etc.
- Housing and fleet maintenance, including recording the billing of monthly invoices, phones, electricity, water, internet, TV, other services (with head office support)
- Manage government inspections and inquiries and perform administration work related to Maptess
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post and correspondence
- Coordinate and communicate the implementation of office procedures
- Manage office equipment and supplies procurement
- All Business Licenses requests/update/renewals
- Gasoline/telephone/Travel tickets
- All services providers control
- Departments Petty cash control
- Administrative Marketing licenses/requests/controls/renewals
- Labor relationship
- Disciplinary processes
- Criminal processes (including Stores theft with Police follow up and relationship)
- Responsible for all certificate of good stand
Requisites
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in HR positions
- Prior experience of working in FMCG or Retail is highly beneficial
- A degree in a relevant field
- Must have full written and spoken proficiency in both English and Portuguese
