Michael Page is recruiting a Human Resources Director, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Driving the development and delivery of HR programs and services
- Liaising between Corporate HR and site - partner to development and implement HR Business solutions ensuring best people practices are adopted and applied
- Identifying management and employee skills gaps and coordinate training and other initiatives to address these areas
- Implementing the performance management process and ensure managers and employees participate at expected levels
- Developing and ensuring compliance of all policies and procedures
- Managing and administering of the hiring, orientation, relocation, exit and Talent Management processes for employees
- Managing a team of HR professionals accountable for HR service delivery and administration
Requisites
- With a university degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, you have a minimum of 10 years experience at management level in Angola
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required
