Eptisa is recruiting a International Team Leader - Utility Operation Expert, to be based in Cabinda, Cunene, Lunda Norte, Lunda Sul, Namibe, Bengo and Cuanza Sul, Angola.
Description
- The emphasis of the Project will be at central level and within seven provinces (Cabinda, Cunene, Lunda Norte, Lunda Sul, Namibe, Bengo, Cuanza Sul) being the Project development objective the improvement of sector governance, strengthening of institutional capacity and efficiency in the water and sanitation sector institutions in order to improve access and service delivery, and ensure long term sustainability at these provincial and central levels
Requisites
- The Team Leader shall have Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or another related field
- A master degree in a relevant area will be an advantage
- He or she must have at least 15 years of general professional experience
- He/she shall be an expert in utility management with at least 10 years of extensive experience in business operation of water and sanitation systems and at least 5 years as team leader
- Fluency in the Portuguese language is mandatory and the Team Leader must have good working knowledge of English and
- 3 work experience years in water and sanitation projects implemented in Sub-Saharan Africa
