Richemont is recruiting a IT Infrastructure Project Leader, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Provide end-to-end project management
- Scope project requirements and prepare budget
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
- Research and recommend innovative solutions
- Perform various operational requirements (hardware replacement/upgrade, software patch/upgrade, parameterization, changes, etc.)
- Perform regular preventative maintenance such as daily/weekly/monthly system monitoring and controlling
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures
- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
- Provide Level 2 support
- Train the local Helpdesk Level 1 team
Requisites
- Strong competences in implementing VoIP solutions and support all aspects of Cisco Unified Communications, Call Manager and Cisco Contact Canter for Enterprise (UCCE) infrastructure and other relevant Cisco Products
- Strong competences in implementing and supporting multiple types of PABX solutions (Alcatel, Avaya, NEC, Etc.), Audio-visual conferencing solutions (Ex: Polycom, Crestron, Cisco, Logitech, etc.), Digital applications related to Omni channel in a large scale organization
- He/she should be enjoying complexity, ambiguity, and first time problem solving
- Has a broad perspective, sharp, specific and detailed approach, with a knowledge to projects consequences and possible outcomes
- Should be Comfortable in sharing and explaining his/her own thinking to others
- Good in seeing patterns or make connections
- Focuses far more on WHY & HOW than on WHAT
- Ability to deliver under tough and changing conditions, demonstrate drive and presence while being motivated and inspired
- Should be open to diversity of people and their viewpoints

- He/she should be innovative, flexible and anticipates questions and concerns
- Bachelor degree with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science is a must with 4 to 5 years of operational experience in Voice (VoIP, PBX, Analog), Digital and Audio-visual solutions
- CCNP or CCIE certification is required
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Etc.) would be an added advantage
- Experience in working with global infrastructure teams with a willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Knowledge in budget management and team management will be an added advantage
