Eni is recruiting a Non Operated Assets Manager JV, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- To prepare the business plan of the Non Operated Assets & JVs, in terms of equity production and relevant investments
- Identify strategies and plans to maximize crude oil and gas production
- Participate at the JV meetings where the budgets and work-plans are formally agreed at technical and executive level
- Monitoring the Operators performance and to propose appropriate actions aiming at identifying any issue and propose corrective actions
- To cooperate with the Operators/Co-Ventures to introduce new technologies so as to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency and reliability
Requisites
- Excellent managerial, motivational and communication skills
- Solid experience in technical/managerial roles in the oil and gas industry with strong knowledge in asset management, financial evaluation, budgetary and principles of accounting
- Strong analytical, technical, business economics and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of verbal and written English; knowledge of other languages such as Italian and Portuguese is a plus
