CA Global is recruiting a Payroll Manager - (Management / Payroll / Portuguese / Administration / Policies), to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Manage the total payroll process and ensure full compliance and accuracy in relation to company policies, procedures and country legislation
- Record keeping of monthly payroll by complying with standard procedures and legislation
- Maintain updated employee records at the Country office in line with standard procedures, legislative requirements as well as internal audit criteria
- Perform monthly payroll reconciliations and reports on all payments, loans, advances, staff accounts, special payments, leave, etc
- Increase general payroll accuracy by performing regular audits and implementing the necessary interventions where needed
Requisites
- Grade 12/Secondary school
- Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
- PC literacy – MS Word, Excel, VIP Payroll system
- Country Labor Law and application
- At least 5 years’ experience in Payroll management
- English: Speaking, Reading and Writing ability (compulsory)
- Portuguese: Speaking, Reading and Writing Ability
- Core skills needed: Attention to detail, strong administration, financial acumen, analytical ability, planning & organizing, problem assessment; strong relationship building; confidentiality, effective communication skills
