Grupo Epalmo is recruiting a Plant Control Commissioning, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Participate to plant tests: start-up of the plant and realize tuning of the control loops
- Participate to contractual reception tests with customer: adequacy with contract, turnover to customer without defects, follow-up of punch list items
- Coordinate activities having an impact on your own activities: correlate the different phases with project scope, anticipate specific expertise needs and make sure of the proper commissioning of subcontracted equipments
- Make sure of the respect of the safety rules for personnel and material, carry out locking and tagging of equipments for work permits
- Build the commissioning schedule of your equipments and follow it
- Delivrables: Carry out a daily report system about site activities
- Carry out preliminary checks on functional systems: adequacy of as built systems with commissioning documentation, loop checks and system function checks, instrumentation and actuators calibration, control of results in the respect of the GE process
- Identify and analyze technical problems: watch for defects and find solutions, ask for adequate technical support, report problems
- Search for and transmit the information about the state of the plant to project management, hierarchy and engineering
- Write weekly reports and end of mission report
- Follow-up non conformities, cost analysis
- Redact as-built documentation
