Shoprite Group of Companies is recruiting a Regional Manager, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Optimise People Management Practises of the Region
- Ensure that Brand Standards are adhered to
- Ensure sound Financial Management of the Region
- Total Stock Management
- Ensure compliance to dispensing practices (Pharmacy legislation etc.)
- Ensure excellent client service (deal with complaints)
- Ensure DSP`s requirements are adhered to
- Manage and control new pharmacy openings & renovations
- Manage operational requirements & processes
- Manage all ordering processes
Requisites
- Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid state pharmacist license
- 5 years’ experience working in Pharmacies
- Angolan citizens or possess card residence
- Must be fluent in Portuguese and English language
