Robert Walters is recruiting a Regional Pharmaceutical Manager, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- To ensure profitable pharmacies through effective admin, cost and people management, you will:
- Optimize People Management Practises of the Region
- Ensure that Brands Standards are adhered to
- Ensure sound Financial Management of the Region
- Manage the Total Stock
- Ensure compliance with dispenses practices, (pharmacy legislation)
- Ensure excellent client services (deal with complaints)
- Manage and control new pharmacy openings and renovations
- Manage operational requirements and processes
- Manage all ordering processes
- Optimize marketing opportunities
- Ensure management of store discipline
Requisites
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- 5 years management experience
- Knowledge of dispensing and ordering systems
- Financial Management principles
- Must be fluent in Portuguese and English
- Preference will be given to Angolan National
