Fircroft is recruiting a Reliability Engineer, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Responsible for improving the reliability and availability of the LNG plant, and serve as SME in the area of fixed equipment, rotating equipment and other process equipment, in function of the development of reliability practices and the management and maturation of the ERIP (Equipment Reliability and Integrity Process) Program
- The Reliability Engineer is a practitioner of conventional reliability centered maintenance (RCM), root cause analysis (RCA), Operator Routine Duties (ORDs) criticality analysis, bad actors management, Reliability Availability and Maintainability Analysis (RAM), Risk Analysis, cost-risk optimization among other methodologies
- Furthermore the position will have a key role in the development of the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) program responsible for supporting the full development of the RBI/AI Program
Requisites
- Engineering degree in from an internationally recognised university
- Reliability and integrity management systems and analysis (RCFA)
- Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)
- Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
