Research & Development (m/f)

Duties

• Elaborate product and process specifications keeping them updated with the modifications that are produced in the system
• Performs laboratory, pilot and industrial trials and deliver reports
• Follow the procedures of habilitations of new products with local authorities
• Follow-up of product and input testing processes and reports
• Work with suppliers, co-manufacturing partners and partners on the development of all product propositions
• Assists with tracking and reporting out on project status and progress
• Work side by side with production team and quality team on all projects
• Ensure that all new developments are compliant with all requirements Regulatory, Food safety
• Participate in integration of innovation processes for NPD: from the preliminary evaluation and technical feasibility to the approval of production, considering its subsequent follow-up and evolution, taking into account the aspects of security, quality and cost improvement required by the company

Requisites

• 2 or more years of progressive R&D experience in food products prefers dairy market (not exclusive)
• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering, food science or a similar discipline
• Experience working with ingredient suppliers and co-manufacturers
• Experience working in a consumer food company
• Strong planning, project management
• Middle/Advance English level
