Senior Buyer

Robert Walters is recruiting a Senior Buyer, to be based in Negola, Angola.

Duties

• The Senior Buyer is responsible for strategic sourcing with local suppliers in line with the commercial strategy
• Key Performance Indicator:
• Margin by SKU & category
• Sales volume by category

Requisite

• Angolan experience with the below:
• Min. 2 years of sourcing experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Min. 2 years in FMCG food & non-food purchasing experience
• Min. 3 years in Commodities experience
• Min. 3 years in Frozen food experience
• Strong people skills
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Good in English
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) skills
• Proficient research skills
