Eni is recruiting a Senior Cost Engineer, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Will support project management, providing accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan, and identifying areas of potential budget over run requiring corrective action.
- Will assure cost estimating, project budgeting and cost control during the various project phases, including verifications of contractor cost estimates and cost reports.
- In addition, you will produce cost estimates for new offshore/onshore field development projects as input into the development plan and budget and prepare the project cost estimate procedure and project CBS, producing the best estimate allowed from the existing information.
Requisites
- E&P Management Standard Workflow and Best Practices
- General Knowledge of Economics
- Project Management process
- Secondary Level Technical/Economical Education (degree preferred)
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of Portuguese
- Significant experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Background in cost estimating and control
