Shalina Healthcare is recruiting a Shop Operations Executive, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Check all deliveries/stocks despatches personally
- Inventory check at month end and preparing month end inventory reports as per company policies & formats. Random inventory check also to be done at regular intervals
- Coordinating with clearing agents and HQ logistics on clearing containers from port berth till it gets offloaded in company warehouse
- Maintaining proper warehouse practices along with strict despatch control
- Stock transfer from central warehouse to shop for regular supplies weekly once or as per requirement
- Negotiate prices and terms freight forwarders esp.to outstation supplies
- Monitor current policies or procedures for logistics activities been followed with already approved SOP’S as per local FDA guidelines including quarterly pest control/fumigation exercise
Requisites
- Graduate (B. Com/B. Sc./B. Pharma)
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Warehouse management and logistics
- Fluent in English
- Competencies: Can do attitude; organised & systematic; results focused, Sales & customer orientation
