Aker Solutions is recruiting a SOR Coordinator, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Prepare and expedite contract variation orders (Sales/Service Order Requests (SOR)) from inception to Client invoice
- Receive & execute detailed instructions regarding SOR from Field Service Manager, Support Engineers, and/or Field Service Coordinators
- Establish Sales/Service Orders (SO) to ensure all costs associated with the subject SOR are properly accounted in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), currently SAP, throughout the procurement, logistics, & accounting processes
- Prepare and follow Request for Quotation (RFQ) process with sister companies
- Prepare, expedite, and present SOR to Client
- Prepare and issue requisite for Purchase Orders (PO) in cooperation w/sister departments and related companies
- Monitor and expedite manufacturing and procurement process
- Remain conversant on expected deliver, any quality concerns, and PO progress
- Coordinate with Logistics section to ensure SOR deliverables are retrieved in a timely manner
- Remain conversant regarding the location of the SOR deliverable and any service quality issues being encountered in the shipping process
Requisites
- Degree level in Engineering or Business
- Angolan Nationality
- Experience required: 3 - 5 years
