Grupo Epalmo is recruiting a Specialist Doctor in Gynecology - Obstetrics, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Integrate and apply the TEPA HSE general rules
- Participates in establishing and promoting the Affiliate HSE referential in their area of competences
- Ensure the gynecology-obstetrics consultation, with appointment, two half days weekly
- Execute the necessary ultrasound scans as part of the consultation
- Offer their specialized knowledge at the Medical Chief request for hospitalized patients
- Make specific sample collection, as necessary (Pap tests)
- Register in writing their opinion in the patient's file
- Respects the service regulations
- Participate in the medical expenses cuts using the products and materials rationally, making duly justified and documented complementary tests requests, and making judicious medical prescriptions
- Promote the birth control
- Respect the patient's privacy and medical confidentiality
Requisites
- Doctor's diploma, qualification on Gynecology-Obstetrics with 10 years of uninterrupted experience
- Specialized in gynecological-obstetrics ultrasound scan
- Enrollment in the Angolan Physicians Association
- Experience in promoting birth control
- Experience in the local and international (where possible) context
- Good knowledge and good relationship with the local and international medical network
- Able to analyze situations, work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team
- Portuguese and English or French: read and writing
