Crossover is recruiting a Telecom & IT Business Consultant, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Building on your broad experience in IT and telco you will act as source of expertise in one or more areas:
- Analysis of market/business needs and technology trends and providing recommendations regarding portfolio roadmap
- Design and lead the identification and specification of complex business solutions in complex customer environments
- Deliver professional advisory consultancy across multiple service/technology areas
- Strengthen customer satisfaction- foster trust and continuous relationship building while fulfilling assignments and thereby building foundation for on-going business and new assignments
- Act as source of expertise for colleagues as well as a coach for analysts and consultants
- Independently organize and run workshops with customers on various levels including C-level
- Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as subject matter expert
Requisites
- Strong knowledge of telecom networks and telco specific IT landscape, in particular real time Rating and Charging systems, Billing, CRM, Self-care solutions (Web,Ussd ,IVR)
- Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Loyalty Programs/Rate Plan Design/Tariff Modelling
- MVNE/MVNO Business, Business Process Analysis
- Big Data Analytics
- Total of 5 years of relevant experience in the industry, thereof preferred 2-3 years of consulting experience with Telco/IT players
- Works highly independently and carries out specialized activities /projects according to general direction
- Influences others to support decision
