Puma Energy is recruiting a Administrative Supervisor, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Responsible for complete WO chain, since request from puma, WO status update along execution to invoice and received payments
- Responsible for reconciliation of WO with service providers and Pumangol on a daily basis
- Responsible for chasing planners and service providers to assure Transfuel accomplish KPI’s from SLA with Pumangol
- Responsible for Measure SLA performance and report it on a monthly basis
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reports
- WO open (Outstanding), daily and weekly
- WO closed but invoice not received from suppliers, weekly
- WO closed but not invoiced to puma, weekly
- Responsible for controlling WO timelines on a daily basis
- Ensure margin calculations are correct
- Audit service providers for accounting matters
- Responsible for managing call center operators
- Coach staff and ensure they are kept motivated
- Ensure that all incidents / accidents are reported to the HSE team and documented in Rivo
- Ensure that procedures for health, safety and environment are met, and taken as priority number 1 in Transfuel
- Contributes to a culture of safety throughout the transport operation, Assistance and Maintenance
- Ensures defensive driving during car travels through the company or private
- Responsible for coordinate and coach administrative team, composed by 2 admin assistants and 2 call center operators, ensuring they are efficient and motivated
Requisites
- University degree
- Organization, Team work, proactivity, work under pressure skills
- Microsoft Office, IT friendly and analysis capabilities
- Fluent Portuguese and English, spoken and written
