Duties
- Manage your team effectively to optimise the structure and geographic coverage of the sales force
- Understand local consumer behaviour, and analyse market demand and sale forecasts
- Define SMART objectives for each activity cycle
- Help our brand to grow by giving regional managers business ideas and preparing development plans
- Prepare, develop, train and motivate a high performance team
- Manage and control the budget for programmes and activities
Requisites
- With a university degree, you’ll have relevant management experience gained in an FMCG company; As an inspirational and motivational leader, you’ll be used to raising your team’s performance, with a focus on delivering results through innovation and growth
- You’ll also have a strong analytical approach, with the ability to provide strategic direction and make decisions and excellent organisational and planning skills
- Naturally, you’ll be a good communicator in both English and the local language to your area and will be open and accessible to your team
- Desirable requirements Ideally you’ll be a graduate in Business Administration
