Catenon Worldwide Executive Search is recruiting a Business Development Manager, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Dynamize, supervise and coach the distributors
- Handle the store checks, promotion, merchandising, animation, training of the sales forces, animation for distributors/providers, the negotiation of the prices and advertising programs
- Develop market studies, competitors, adaptation, positioning, strategies for introducing the products
- Negotiate prices and prepare advertising programs
- Analyse the Angola market
Requisites
- University Degree
- More than 5 years in sales in Angola and in the consumer goods industry, in relation with retail chains and imports/distribution networks
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Entrepreneurship, able to work independently, sensitive appreciation of quality of the product
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience acquiring new clients
- To be very operational, as it is a developing and sales position
- Skills of administration and sales management (imports management, prices, customs, applicant laws)
- Mobility to travel
