Cartier is recruiting a CRM Project Coordinator, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- CRM Projects: Coordinate loyalty programs in line with Cartier Middle East Client Relations and Services team
- Manage fulfillment suppliers (mail room, insertion, personalization, etc.)
- Maintenance of Customer Database: Regularly update customers’ records (contact details, titles, contact preferences, language preferences, etc.)
- Upload external files (e.g. list of prospects)
- Regularly monitor accuracy of data and standardize data fields, identify duplicates and merge profiles
- Periodically communicate importance of accurate data capture to boutique staff
- Retrieval of information on request: Carry out data extract requests for boutiques, Marketing, Retail or PR departments based on multiple criteria
- Maintain extraction log of all requests
- Direct Marketing campais: Generate customers target lists according to criteria defined by Client Relations and Services Manager
- Update the targeted records in the database with the relevant actions to enable campaign measurement
- Measure campaign results (ROI reporting, response rate, boutique visits, conversion, etc.)
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce monthly reports and other ad-hoc reports
- Prepare customer analysis at the request of Management, Marketing, Boutiques or Retail departments
Requisites
- Educational Background Level of education and professional qualifications and/or specific occupational training required
- University degree or Technical Certificate preferred (ideally related to Statistics or Business Analysis) Technical/Work-based Skills or specific knowledge (must have) this relates to the skills specific to the job, e.g. language fluency, etc fluent Arabic (read and written) and English)
- Excellent knowledge of database language advanced Excel PowerPoint
- Experience this could include a minimum period of experience or specific(ensure period stated is appropriate and not unnecessarily excessive)
- 3-5 years proven experience in database management, information systems, analytical and reporting tools Retail or Retail Banking experience is a plus Personal
- Skills/Attributes general characteristics required to do the job effectively
- Excellent analytical skills organizational skills detail oriented
