Grupo Epalmo is recruiting a External Relations & Local Content Assistant, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing
- Ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his activities
- Ensure that state of the art, TEPA referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements
- To work by anticipation
- With the spirit of One TOTAL values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the Projects
- Promote innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives
- Keep his/her Manager and all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status
- Manage the letter exchanges between Total and Sonangol. It includes:
- Follow up the Workflow tool
- Daily follow-up of letters
- Preparation and translation of letters in Portuguese for all PBF subjects with contractual sense and well establishing priorities
- Recording and managing all letters in PBF network
- Accelerate and improve the quality of PBF correspondence with Concessionaire
- Update of letters follow up file and statistics indicators
- Weekly focus in the critical letters
- Ensure, follow up and control the contracts in SAC
- Review and sent of close out reports to Sonangol
- Work in PBF Communication subjects
- Work on and administrate PBF share point
- Work on cost recovery follows up in order to reduce the exposition and exceptions
- Work on Innovation activities
- Organize archiving of documents related to the Projects and to the meetings with Sonangol
Requisites
- Good communication/relational qualities internal and external
- Capacity to work in transverse and cultural multi - environment
- Rigor and sense of the organization
- Good internal/external Listening to synthesize correctly the Concessionaire expectations
- Capability and rigor for information redaction
- Understanding of the obligations related to the oil contracts
- Good knowledge of English & fluent in Portuguese (including Legal)
