Finance & Accounting Specialist

Duties

• You are responsible for the monthly and quarterly reports in management reporting systems as well as for analyzing financial statements with a high level of accuracy
• You prepare monthly commercial variance and profitability analysis, identify deviations of financial and operative targets and follow up correction plans
• You regularly communicate and align with shared accounting services as well as bank institutes and are responsible for the proper preparation and submission of documents
• You manage and track working capital and receivables of customers
• You lead the budgeting process and prepare reports of financials on annual basis

Requisites

• You hold a university degree in Business Administration or Financial Management
• You have 5-8 years of professional working experience in Accounting and Treasury, Banking experience is of advantage
• You have strong analytical and project management skills
• You have excellent communications and presentation skills for building strong relationships
• You are fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English, German language would be a plus
• You are proficient user of the Microsoft Office as well as of ERP and Accounting systems
