CA Global Africa Recruitment is recruiting a Human Resources Director (HR/Senior Management/FMCG/Portuguese), to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Lead the HR Department starting by developing, then managing and directing all HR activities, ensuring that the company policies and procedures are developed in a professional and proactive manner, and in compliance with HR leading practices, government regulations and local labour laws
- Oversee all HR related activities including employees’ files, holiday requests, employees’ penalties, office attendance, recruitment and manpower planning

Requisites
- University degree in HR or Industrial & Organizational Psychology
- Postgraduate degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English to establish business negotiations and reporting
- The proficiency in Arabic is an added value
- 10+ years of related experience in HR Development & Management
- Worked in organizations with more than 200 employees
- FMCG experience
- African experience
- Familiar with family business shifting to the corporate model
