Grupo Epalmo is recruiting an ICSS Supervisor, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Hse:
- Update of the safety logic diagram and F&G Matrix
- Validation of the Site Modification Request (SMR)
- Liaison with COMPANY's RSSC-L on a regular basis
- Icss:
- Definition of the strategy for the operation and the maintenance for the Distributed Control System and PLC
- Proposition of yearly targets to monitor the performance of the control system related to maintenance and corresponding Key Performance Indicator
- Realization of regular reporting of ICSS activities
- Follow-up of the Software modifications implementation sheet from offshore contractor
- Update of the ICSS related documentation
- Revision of the yearly obsolescence lifetime cycle from each manufacturer to prepare the upgrade
- Respect of the COMPANY's rules on cyber safety activity
- Update of the PO (Osisoft) real-time monitoring software
- Respect of the firewall and antivirus management
- Liaison with RCSS-L of COMPANY
- Proposition of revamping and studies
- Proposition of technical requisitions
- Contractor Supervision:
- Evaluation of the competency and performance of contractors in the control system
- Audit of contractors
- Management of spare parts for ICSS according to re-defined strategy
- Preparation of the scheduled upgrade
- Optimisation And Management Of Change:
- Proposition to modify maintenance strategy according to site requirements
- Assistance in the SMR/RFM and SMIS procedures
- Interface with projects
