Airswift is recruiting a Junior Technical Assistant, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Shall assist the External Relationships and Local Content Manager in managing the following activities:
- Local content strategy and its optimization seeking a good balance not to impair projects objectives
- Administrating timely on Sharepoint with involvement in communication and innovation activities
- Be in constant contact with all required entities and other service providers
- Manage day-to-day priorities in accordance with the imperatives of each requester
- Continuous communication with all employees
- A capacity for integration, as there will be various unpredictable changes that must be integrated
Requisites
- Portuguese and English speaking
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- The sense of rigor, organization, and autonomy
- Relationship qualities and confidentiality
- Organization, availability, description and property management
- Adaptability and flexibility
