LSG SKY is recruiting a Manager Human Resources, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Ensure the adaption and implementation of the regional HR strategy and processes; Short-, mid-, and long-term planning of Human Resources management activities in accordance with the local management
- Skills in Behavioral Psychology and Staff Development
- Personality Evolution and definition of specific training programs
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements (e.g. labor law, social security), governmental and other requirements and regulations, ensure timely adaption to all legal changes
- Manpower planning and set-up job descriptions in alignment with LSG Sky Chefs standards
- Recruitment of qualified candidates from all available resources e.g. external recruitment agencies, ensure onboarding, induction and training of new employees
- Provide salary packages and incentives, rewards and benefits to ensure retention of competent employees
- Guarantee efficient payroll and Human Resources controlling and processes
- Set-up HR policies in alignment with LSG Sky Chefs standards
- Employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions; interface with local labor representation and public authorities
- Plan, implement and control the cost budget in the area of responsibility
- Guide, motivate and develop the subordinates
- Advise and support the local management team in the area of professional expertise; prepare and deliver studies, projections, analyses in order to enable the management to take business decisions
Requisites
- Graduate level with degree in Human Resources, Psychology, MBA or other adequate university degree
- Minimum of 5 years business experience in HR ideally in an international company
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations and institutional requirements
- Know how in HR and Management Information systems
- Experience in Union relations
- Very good communication skills, customer orientation, reliability, confidentiality
- Experience in leading a team
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
