Kuehne + Nagel is recruiting an Operation Import Coordinator, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Ensuring the integrity of import documentation such as Bills of ladings, CNCA, certificates commercial invoices and packing lists
- Timely preparation of import documentation and authorization for all see ops shipments
- Opening KN Files handover documents to the broker timely
- Tracking incoming shipments
- Liaising with Customs on the clearance status and also ports authorities
- Maintain customer updated on changing Government Policies and Tariffs on Importation on Goods
- Overall Co-ordination between customer's Logistic Team/warehouse for inspection, cargo delivery or any other related to the cargo
- Issuing, reviewing and complying with standard Operation Systems approved by client
Requisites
- Bachelors/First University Degree is preferred, as well as Apprenticeship or Professional Certification
- You should have up to two years of experience in Leadership, as well as Air Logistics
- You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in See and Oil&Gas Logistics
- You have good communication skills with an attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- You have thorough knowledge of Oil&Gas operations and local customs formalities
- You are team worker
- You are pro-active, self-starter who is able to work independently
- You speak proficient English and Portuguese, and have basic knowledge in French
