Naurex is recruiting a QA/QC Inspector for X-Trees and Wellheads, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- To adopt and to demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to Company "Code Of Conduct" and HSSE rules and regulation. To implement HSSE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility
- To be kept informed of Company Referential (CR’s/GS’s in particular), International quality norms and standards, and Statutory regulations
- To support and enforce the Project Quality Management System. To promote the Project Quality Policy and Objectives
- To assist in the development and implementation of the Project QMS documents. To maintain continuously the QMS register
- To timely review the Quality related documents issued by Contractors and main Suppliers (Subcontractors and Vendors), for compliance with CPY and Project requirements
- To raise consequently all necessary comments
- To participate in Project Audit program development where required and update. To be if requested involved in the performance of the Project audits and in the related audit reporting. To follow-up the reported deficiencies up to closure
- To review Contractor's PO's to verify that QA/QC requirements are satisfactory considered. To participate when needed to KOM and PIM with subcontractors and Vendors, and to specifically remind the Contractual commitments and Company expectations with regards to Quality
- To assist the SPS Quality leader in the development of the Project Surveillance program definition, the monitoring of its implementation and coordination of the Surveillance and Inspection agencies, in the monitoring of the activities, and the consolidation of reporting and indicators
- To review the various Project Reports, MoM and other Quality outputs. To raise the related Quality concerns and summaries for reporting to Project Management
- To follow-up the reported Project non conformities, derogations, correctives actions. To possibly involve in the root cause analysis. To chase-up when necessary the closure process of actions. To highlight and report the work key deficiencies to management
- To assist in maintenance of various Project Quality monitoring registers and support SPS Quality Leader in relevant data
- To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his area of responsibility (whatever its support)
Requisites
- Engineer, equivalent or higher
- Fluent English mandatory, Portuguese is a plus
- QA techniques
- QC techniques
- Auditing techniques
- Engineering, constructions & installation techniques
- Production / Exploitation techniques
- Risk identification and assessment
- Project management (organization)
- Team management (relationship)
- Knowledge of Company rules/procedures
- Management / negotiation with contractors
- Sense of contact and communication
- Experience is similar position – around 5 years
