Philips is recruiting a Sales Manager Cardiology Informatics, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Manage cardiology informatics business in Middle East & Turkey geography
- Prepare and actively participate in regular business reviews
- Topics to be covered: business performance, progress on personal objectives, funnel, forecast, market trends, competitive intelligence and top needs
- Continually identify and engage (visit) a significant number of new prospects
- Actively use, maintain and manage your assigned geographies funnel through the Philips CRM
- Increase market share of Philips Cardiology Informatics by penetrating non-Philips accounts
- Increase service contract penetration in Philips installed base
- Leading product presentations and demonstrations
- Clearly communicate the value to all key stakeholders (CXO, department managers, Cardiologists, Hospital IT)
- Participate in regional and global medical conferences as demonstrator and/or Philips ambassador
- Increase NPS scores with customers
Requisites
- Masters Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Clinical Practice or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare technology or combination of equivalent related experience and education
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Hospital IT and Cardiology department operations
- Previous healthcare sales experience dealing with CXO, Cardiology and Hospital IT
- Fluent in English, verbal and written; Arabic preferred
- Service oriented attitude, both internal and external
- Fosters excellent cross-functional collaboration in order to gain agreement and translate complex ideas/issues into compelling plans and solutions
- Able to work under pressure meeting competing deadlines
