IBM is recruiting a Service Delivery Manager, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Duties
- Responsible for the deliverables of the selected contract deliverables, and you need to make sure that IBM delivers what was promised to our client in the contract
- Keep Track of our call performance against the client Service Level Agreement
- Service Performance tracking and status reporting to the client and internally
- Manage the IBM TSS delivery process on the contract end-to-end
- Manage the quality of delivery to the client end-to-end
Requisites
- Speak fluent portuguese and english
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Have at least 5 years experience working with IT technology
- Have project management or service delivery management experience
- ITIL certification
- Bachelor's Degree
