Eni is recruiting a Technical Gas Leader, to be based in Luanda, Angola.
Description
- Eni operates in Angola in oil and natural gas exploration and production, and in the oilfield services, construction and engineering sector
- Angola West Hub and East Hub are two current major offshore oilfields located in Block 15/06, approximately 350 km north east of Luanda, operated by Eni; Both projects have similar deep water tiebacks to FPSOs
- The West Hub development successfully achieved first oil in late 2014, and the East Hub in 2017. Eni has participation in Blocks 0, 14, 15, 3/05, 3/05 A, Lianzi
Duties
- Organising and controlling the activities of the operational phase of gas exploration, in particular with regard to the acquisition of seismic data, processing and interpretation
- Classification of gas as to its state of origin, in associated gas and non-associated gas
- Monitoring the non-operating joint ventures (minority partnership) attributed to the team
Requisites
- Qualifications in the field of Geology, Petroleum Geology
- Ability to supervise and monitor contractor workforce
- Knowledge in the interpretation of integrated geophysical data
- Knowledge in planning exploration and relevant techniques
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
